- You are responsible for developing and implementing an effective purchasing strategy that supports business objectives and ensures cost optimization
- You take over the technical management of the entire purchasing team
- You are responsible for the further development of the purchasing team
- You are responsible for building and maintaining long-term supplier relationships
- You negotiate contracts and conditions with suppliers
- You monitor the supply chain and ensure a smooth supply of materials and timely deliveries
- You evaluate the performance of suppliers and implement improvement measures
- You create the evaluation and analysis of purchasing and material key figures
- You work closely with neighboring areas of the company

**What you bring with you**:

- You want to make a difference and have a degree in business administration, engineering or comparable qualifications and a hands-on mentality
- You have relevant professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the electronics or manufacturing industry
- You can demonstrate success in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and in leading teams
- You have excellent negotiation and communication skills as well as assertiveness
- You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English
