**Senior Buyer Fashion & Accessories (M/F/d)**
Your new job includes
- As a Senior Buyer Accessories (M/F/d), you will ensure long-term, partnership-based relationships with the suppliers and brands you are responsible for, thereby ensuring market-driven product ranges and optimal conditions in order to inspire our customers.
- In particular, you will
- define, manage and take responsibility for the strategic direction of the national and international suppliers and brands you manage in the accessories sector
- independently negotiate conditions and distribution rights for the respective brands with our suppliers and optimise supplier structures in terms of costs, quality and performance in the long term
- utilise freedom in a target-oriented manner and explore new avenues together with us to further develop your portfolio of suppliers and brands
- carry out sales analyses and evaluations of statistical data
- work closely with our national and international sales departments, subsidiaries and our marketing or logistics department
- maintain and expand your international network through regular visits to your suppliers and trade fairs relevant to your product range
What you should bring along
- A successfully completed degree in economics and several years of professional experience in purchasing, product management or category management in international retail companies, the consumer goods industry or the luxury goods industry
- Ideally comprehensive knowledge of the category
- Confidence in using MS Office and ideally SAP
- business fluent in German and English
- Experience and assertiveness in negotiations with demanding dialogue partners
- A cool head even with a high workload, a quick grasp of things, diligence and a consistent focus on your goals
- Open and respectful interaction with your colleagues, which is particularly important to us as an internationally active family business
