If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to meet you Your Mission As a Buyer for Luxury Fashion & Accessories, you will take responsibility for purchasing third-party brands with a clear focus on meeting our customers' needs. You identify opportunities to achieve optimal performance through assortment, trends and brands. You are familiar with relevant KPIs and take charge of budget planning to continuously monitor and optimize departmental performance. You independently lead negotiation discussions with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms. You identify, prioritize, and acquire B2B customers in the high premium and/or luxury fashion segment. Your focus is on building and maintaining sustainable business relationships. You manage and continuously develop existing suppliers. You collaborate closely with departments such as Business Development, Logistics, and Finance to ensure all activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy. Your Profile Degree in business administration, fashion management or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in international roles as a fashion buyer (luxury brands), preferably in a fast-paced trading environment. Strong passion for fashion and purchasing, ideally with an established supplier network in the luxury fashion industry. Independent and team-oriented working style, with a high level of enthusiasm and presentation skills. Communicative personality with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and develop long-term business relationships. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Profund experience with Microsoft Excel. Why Us?
