About the Job
We are looking for a Contract & Compliance Partner (M/F/d) to join one of our portfolio companies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, managing contract processes, and supporting the integration of compliance workflows. You will collaborate across departments to implement safety measures, conduct sanctions checks, and provide legal expertise to support our organisational goals.
**Join our portfolio company**: A German dual-use technology company that develops unmanned ground vehicles to spearhead automation in both governmental and civilian use cases.
**In this role, you’ll**:
- Conduct comprehensive sanctions list checks for partners and suppliers
- Implement and integrate the Trade Express Tool to enhance compliance operations
- Provide essential support in developing and optimising compliance workflows
- Assist in the integration of labor protection policies and procedures
- Collaborate on fire protection initiatives to ensure organisational safety
- Support the management, review, and coordination of contracts
- Provide assistance on a variety of general legal matters, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulations
Your Profile
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in compliance, legal support, or related fields
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing legal documents
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments to align compliance initiatives
- Effective organisational and communication skills to support contract management and workflow integration
Please note that we are looking for support in the Munich office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
