We are looking for an ambitious professional with profound knowledge in Controlling to join our **Reporting & Analysis team** at Group **Financial Controlling** of E.ON SE.** **As part of our performance-oriented and highly motivated team you will work independently on challenging tasks and projects with far-reaching implications for the strategic positioning and financial development of the E.ON Group. In this central steering function you will closely cooperate with other stakeholders both in Corporate Headquarters and in E.ON’s international Business Units.

As part of our performance-oriented and highly motivated team you will drive the financial reporting process, systems and concepts. This includes:

- Financial Management Reporting for Actuals: shape the integrated financial story of the company in close collaboration with the Planning and Forecasting team
- Group financial reporting products and tools: foster and develop the digital footprint of E.ON’s internal financial reporting with Dashboards and more
- Reporting processes and timelines: coordinate the complete financial reporting process and ensure a timely and high-quality delivery of results to the board of management

In addition to regular quarterly reporting, this includes governance over financial KPIs, especially the non-operating result, reporting tools and processes. Furthermore, you will be involved in group-wide finance projects to continuously improve processes, systems and products In this central position you will work closely together with all other Finance Functions especially the Planning Team, the Accounting Team, Investor Relations, Finance and the colleagues of Business Controlling.

**A convincing background**
- Excellent university degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Controlling; ideally complemented by master and/or postgraduate studies in Finance (e.g. PhD, CFA)
- More than 2-3 years of professional experience in the area of (financial) controlling, incl. some project assignments
- Very good analytical skills combined with profound knowledge of controlling methods, financial steering concepts and reporting tools
- Team player with high level of reliability, integrity and collaboration, strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of self-organization, commitment, personal drive and energy
- Fluent in English, fluency in German is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, Powerpoint), knowledge in controlling systems highly appreciated and skills and interest in digital reporting solutions and dashboarding (esp. SAC)
