We are an agile European tech company in the hotel industry. The Apaleo platform allows the accommodation providers to create the perfect digital environment, so they can easily build their tech stack to manage all their activities.

Are you up for the challenge? We are looking for a creative** Product Designer** (f/m/d) to join our team in Munich, Germany

**What You'll Be Up To**
- You will gather information and insights to drive the design process from beginning to end;
- You will take complex challenges and transform them into intuitive and simple designs;
- You will visualize problems and information in ways that are easy for other team members to comprehend and can effectively articulate design concepts via low-fidelity sketches and wireframes;
- You will be pushing yourself into a better designer while collaborating on an innovative hospitality product;
- You will deliver high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to ensure the development team's success;
- You will conduct and analyze user research and usability testing;
- You will ask smart questions and speak up when you feel you need to;
- You will put yourself into traveler's and hotelier's shoes.

**What you will bring**
- You have at least 5 years of experience in product development, UI/UX design, across desktop and mobile devices;
- You have experience with user research, user testing, and user flows;
- You have a strategic mindset;
- You have sparkling presentation and collaboration skills;
- You understand how to communicate with a diverse team, you are able to explain your thinking in a coherent easy to understanding way;
- You are business fluent in English, all additional languages are welcomed;
