As Talent Acquisition Partner (HR Transformation/Sourcing), you will support setting us up for the future while making sure we have the right talents sourced to support our Mission to Zero initiative.

**This position reports to**:
Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead E-Mobility

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will be partnering with the Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead to drive the transformation to a new HR landscape with focus on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
- Leveraging your previous experiences you will be working on recruitment processes, preboarding of employees as well as employer branding.
- Based on your sourcing know-how you will be leading the strategy definition and third-party management for active sourcing at ABB E-Mobility.
- Supporting and managing global Talent Acquisition projects you will collaborate on a global level and contribute to the success of the team

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with HR experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the world of talent acquisition.
- Comfortable using broad range of recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media.
- Conceptual mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and employer branding trends.
- Independently managing own work and ability to juggle multiple tasks at a given time.
