To find, excite, and match mission critical talent, the department Group Human Resources at the HeidelbergCement Headquarters is seeking a highly experienced, energetic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Expert (f/m/d).

You will report directly to the Head of HR Advisory & Services. This position is located in Heidelberg, Germany.

**Your next challenge**:

- Identify areas for improvement in current practices, processes, and policies, then contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new talent solutions.

**Your profile**:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Relationship building: Active Sourcing is a relationship business. You need the desire and skills to build relationships effectively, and, to some extent, a predisposition to connecting with people.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Several years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruiting and active sourcing of specialists and executives, preferably with a focus on engineering and IT
- Hands-on, solution-oriented and results-driven working style
- International experiences will be highly appreciated
- Excellent English and German language skills
