Internship - Talent Management & Organizational

Your tasks

Do you want to learn and actively support international projects in the area of Talent Management & Organizational Development? Then join our international team in Hanover to support the ContiTech Group Sector

We are looking for an intern (M/F/diverse) for a 3-month voluntary study-related internship or a mandatory internship for up to 6 months starting as soon as possible. It is also possible to combine a compulsory share with a voluntary internship.

During this internship, you will gain insights into various fields of HR work such as Talent Management, Training & Learning, Leadership events as well as operational HR duties and data analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support the Talent Management Cycle including Talent Management Conferences and Talent Review sessions
- Training & Learning: Maintaining internal communication platforms and media as well as diverse Powerpoint presentations (e.g. intranet, newsletters, blogposts, templates etc.)
- Support in organizing and planning of leadership events
- Active involvement & support in HR diagnostic tools such as Assessment Centers for plant managers and Development programs
- Support in building up data analysis and dashboards (excel and databases)
- Collaboration in our current cultural and organizational development initiatives (e.g. diversity, leadership roundtable, etc.).
- Work in a hybrid working style based on government regulations & our own organizational requirements. Partial remote working is a possibility, hence working with collaborative software like MS Teams would be very important.

**Profile**:

- Student (M/F/diverse) in the field of business administration, business psychology, human resources management, social/communication sciences, or a comparable field of study

- Safe handling of the MS Office-programs (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You have a very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. German language skills would be an advantage
- You like to actively share ideas - we believe in fresh ideas and learning by doing
- You are able to work independently and set priorities
