Are you a Financial Reporting Specialist with a passion for precision and an eye for detail? We are seeking a dedicated Financial Reporting Specialist (M/F/d) to join our team in Henstedt-Ulzburg, located in the vibrant Hamburg metropolitan region.

As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Monthly Financial Statements**: Prepare monthly financial statements, including HGB (German Commercial Code) compliance, while also handling the clarification and reconciliation of G/L accounts. Compliant
- **Accounting**: Ensure audit-compliant accounting in accordance with local regulations. Reporting: Generate and analyze financial evaluations and reports.
- **ERP Proficiency**: Handle cost reports, journal entries, and related tasks using Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with international service providers as part of ongoing accounting.
- **Day-to-Day Operations**: Address inquiries and tasks related to daily operations.

**Qualifications: What We Expect from You**:
To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

- **Educational Background**: Successful completion of training as a tax clerk (M/F/d) or a comparable commercial apprenticeship, optionally as an accountant (M/F/d).
- **Experience**: Some professional experience in accounting or as an auditing assistant (M/F/d).
- **Legal Knowledge**: Sound knowledge of German accounting law and preferably, familiarity with tax law.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Also, able to write and read in German.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel.
- **Team Player**: Comfortable working collaboratively in a team, and you demonstrate professionalism and initiative.
