Company HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH Full time / Part time: The position can be filled in full or part time. Summary We are looking for an “Employee in the area of Facility Management Services (f/m/d)” for the “Project Controlling & FM Services” department at the Ulm location as soon as possible. The “Project Controlling & FM Services” department is responsible within Facility Management for commercial project management as well as for the provision of infrastructural services and other FM services at HENSOLDT locations. Your Tasks- Independent processing in the area of facility management for infrastructural services at the Ulm site, including branch offices (focus on cleaning management, fault management and catering management)- Coordination and control of service providers within the assigned area of responsibility using CAFM software (Planon) to process orders (small orders, fault reports, within the entire FM area at all locations)- Commercial processing within the assigned service areas (checking, approving and, if necessary, charging on supplier invoices)- Database maintenance and updating of data within the CAFM software, as well as other systems for the provision of the various infrastructural services- Support for CAFM users- Creating KPIs, evaluations and status presentations from the CAFM software and integrating these into reports and presentations- Collaboration in internal and external project teams- Support with admin activities in CAFM software for facility management- Continuous improvement of assigned services and tool functionalities- Prioritization of tasks with constant orientation to day-to-day business and adaptation to current requirements Your Profile- Training in facility management or comparable- Experience with infrastructural services and experience in managing service providers- Experience with a CAFM system (ideally Planon)- Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, S-reference), confident handling of SAP, Coupa, MS Office- Technical understanding in dealing with processes, databases, interface imports and exports as well as structured work- Strong service and customer orientation as well as convincing communication skills and assertiveness, convincing appearance towards customers and service providers- Business management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset and approach- Strong ability to work in a team, motivation and reliable working style- Secure German and good English skills are advantageous Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
