- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their investment objectives and tailoring product solutions to meet their needs
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and client presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products
- Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends, ensuring compliance and proactively identifying areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to sales teams, enabling them to effectively promote and sell their products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including portfolio managers, operations and legal
- Collaborate with the wider Product Specialist team to develop and execute product strategies in line with market trends and client needs
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and assess market demand
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree or CFA designation is a plus
- Proven experience as a Product Specialist or similar role within the asset management industry
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and industry trends
- Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
