As Category Buyer, you will have an overall responsibility for the Indirect goods & services category portfolio for the Germany area. You will actively contribute to the development of the European Indirect Procurement (IP) strategy by developing internal and external business partnerships, negotiating commercial agreements with suppliers, executing category strategies, understanding supplier capabilities.

**Your Responsibilities At C&A**:

- Execute procurement value creation initiatives at a market/country on time / value and/or support central category initiatives for the DE market
- Implement and drive high level of adoption of procurement policies, procedures and programs including S2C/P2P processes and local contract management
- Responsible for market/country sourcing processes
- Partner with category leads and internal stakeholders to Identify savings opportunities and ensure IP alignment with business objectives
- Supplier relationship management for DE market vendors including performance management and reporting for key relationships

**What We Expect Of You**:

- University degree in Economics, Finance, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience within procurement, category buying, preferably within the indirect procurement category or similar retail or B2C, FMCG
- Experience in and demonstrated capability of managing commercial terms & conditions in at least 2 categories of procurement
- Fluent English & German skills are preferable.
