Ihr Aufgaben- Mitarbeit an der konzernweiten Standardisierung, Optimierung und Automatisierung des End-to-End-Prozesses Record-to-Report (Hauptbuch & Controlling)- Mitarbeit bei der organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Finance Operations- Sicherstellung der Daten
- und Prozessqualität sowie aktives Mitwirken zu deren kontinuierlichen Verbesserung- Mitarbeit in gruppenweiten Projekten, inkl. (Teil-)Projektleitung- Unterstützung bei Anfragen von Anwendern und Key-Usern- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner und externer Vorschriften im Rahmen von Audits und des Jahresabschlusses
Was wir suchen- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt BWL/Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im (operativen) Controlling- Tiefgehendes Wissen im SAP CO, Verständnis über angrenzende Module wünschenswert (SAP FI, SD, CS, MM)- Erfahrungen in der Projektarbeit- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und IT-Affinität- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise- Hohe Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
