**Your accountabilities**
- **You actively design and shape our culture** You bring our purpose and values to life in a meaningful culture. You shape team collaboration, communication, and organise events and benefits for wellbeing and happiness.
- **You support the evolution of our organisation** We are an interdisciplinary, growing team. You shape how we collaborate and improve while we grow. Using the right methods and processes for each stage of our journey.

**You are a good fit if you **
- like to spend your time and energy on preserving the joy of life, through radically new food products for today’s generations and the ones to come
- have multiple years of experience in talent recruiting (e.g. from headhunting or a role in a fast growing startup)
- are passionate about developing an interdisciplinary and high performing team and helping individual talents to achieve their personal goals
- have the talent to organise and promote a productive and fun balance between creative entropy and flexible, yet reliable processes, in a fast moving environment
- have outstanding communication skills and are fluent in English and German

- are scared by the idea of growing from handful to 50+ people within 24 months.
