Are you passionate to develop into Human Relations Management? Do you want to learn & develop as an HR professional, in an international environment? We at Continental offer you an opportunity to take your first steps towards success.
We are looking for an Intern in our BestDrive EMEA Human Relations team, preferably as soon as possible for a period of up to 6 months. The internship can be voluntary or mandatory as part of your university curriculum. Although mobile working is possible, we prefer our Intern to be on-site with us in our new & attractive Headquarter in Hanover
As an Intern your contribution and learning opportunities will be in the fields of:
- Talent Management - Support the execution of Talent Management conferences by preparation and coordination of specific topics
- Employee Satisfaction Survey - Support in the execution of the annual employee satisfaction surveys, covering approx. 4500 employees in ContiTrade Europe
- HR Diagnostics - Maintain and support the execution of Assessment Center and Development Center Toolbox - collect best practices and enrich the toolbox
- Project Management - You will get an exposure in various international projects and support the team in projects which interests you
**Profile**:
- Student in Human Relations Management (or Human Resource Management) or related field of study
- MS Office - good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Open Communication style - you are not shy to share your thoughts with us
- Creativity - Bring your fresh ideas in
- International cultural adaptability

The business scope includes sales to end consumers, business and fleet customers, wholesale and as a service partner to Continental, as well as other major tire brands. This is done physically in branches and on the road, as well as through e-commerce platforms.
With a team of diverse mindset and very international mix, we in the central team, are responsible for strategically supporting the HR topics for all countries in Europe. This means dealing with different cultures and collaborating in several topics, is our day-to-day work and we enjoy it very much.
