**About your functions and responsibilities**

**TheHRChapter** - Content and community for HR professionals and leaders
**Coach4Expats** - Personal and professional coaching for expats around the world

In this role, you will:

- Plan and manage a content calendar tailored to each brand
- Write, edit, and design newsletters aligned with our voice and audience
- Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and propose improvements
- Coordinate directly with brand founders to adapt communications to events, promotions, and launches

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Strong writing and editing skills in **English and/or Spanish** (both is a plus)
- Familiarity with platforms like **Mailchimp, MailerLite, or Brevo**
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Interest in **coaching, personal development, HR**, or similar fields is a plus.
