- **WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH***:
- This role will lead Market Reputation efforts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) and be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that strengthens Bain’s reputation in each market, in partnership with office leadership and aligned with firm strategy & commercial objectives. It will focus on increasing Bain awareness in the highest value business communities on topics relevant across clients and reinforcing Bain’s perception as the leading consulting partner to ambitious senior executives. Likewise, the employer of choice for the best business talent.
- **What you will do**:
- Develop Market Reputation strategy for DACH region
- Manage the budget, annual planning process, and ongoing process improvement
- Identify, prioritize, and project manage marketing campaigns and supporting activities
- Own, plan and execute Market Reputation Marketing team activities, to potentially include
- Identifying and collaborating with external partners on joint initiatives
- Developing and promoting thought leadership
- Managing media relationships and strategy
- Organizing Bain hosted events and participation in key 3rd party gatherings
- Creating best in class alumni programming
- Manage a team of marketers
- Work collaboratively with other Marketing functions
- Manage collection of data
- Represent Marketing within the local office
**about you**:
- 10+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
- 5+ years of people management experience, successfully developing others
- Proven track record in similar role
- Broad expertise and experience in B2B marketing programs and processes
- Ability to proactively conceive and suggest new approaches and solutions, influence senior leaders on key strategic issues
- Provide advice to regional marketing leadership on programs and processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multi-tasking and prioritising as needed
- Client-centric mind set
- Ability to understand and work with consulting content and thought leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Role model in Bain Operating Principles
- Proficient in German and English
- Willing to travel within DACH (and potentially other locations) as needed
