**Role description**:
**Your Mission**:

- Develop standardized hiring processes to streamline talent acquisition efforts across different regions.
- Train hiring managers on effective interview techniques and best practices.
- Organize our participation in local job fairs and career events to expand our talent pool.
- In collaboration with our Communications & Brand Specialist, build creative and engaging initiatives and content to strengthen our employer brand and position our company as an employer of choice.
- Analyse the success of employer branding campaigns and drive decisions based on KPIs.
- Manage the recruitment budget effectively to optimize resources and achieve hiring goals.
- Collect, analyze, and utilise hiring metrics to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for improvement.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of the local talent market in Hamburg and surrounding.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from recruitment metrics.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other field.
- Knowledge of the local talent market in Hamburg and surrounding
- Experience with international talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Creative thinking and experience creating employer branding content.
