Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Role description**:
**Your Mission**:

- Develop standardized hiring processes to streamline talent acquisition efforts across different regions.
- Train hiring managers on effective interview techniques and best practices.
- Organize our participation in local job fairs and career events to expand our talent pool.
- Collect, analyze, and utilise hiring metrics to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for improvement.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in talent acquisition
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from recruitment metrics
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems/recruitment softwares
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other field
- Knowledge of the local talent market in Hamburg and surrounding
- Experience with international talent acquisition
- Experience with both blue and white collar roles
- Experience facilitating interview trainings
