**Your new role - challenging and future-oriented**
- As Communication Business Partner (f/m/d) of the Business Unit Turnkey (TK) you will be advisor to the Business Unit management for all important communication topics and will be responsible for the communication budget of the Business Unit.
- In addition, you will manage the business unit's holistic strategic communications, create communications plans, and implement them.
- You will identify communication topics and stage them with the help of storytelling.
- Furthermore, you will take responsibility for accompanying project execution as 360-degree communication, from winning the contract to commissioning. This includes the role as communications project manager for our largest rail project: the implementation of a 2000km high-speed network in Egypt.
- You will create innovative concepts for external and employee communications and actively implement them in close cooperation with Mobility Communications' specialist departments and regional teams.
- In doing so, you will use all communication channels (social media, trade fair appearances and events, information from the trade press, websites and webinars as well as internal channels) and formats (text, image, audio, video). In addition, account-based marketing is part of your repertoire.
- You will manage agencies in the creation of photo and video material as well as the creation of graphics.

**Your qualifications - solid and appropriate**
- You have a degree (Master / Diploma) in communication sciences, business administration or comparable.
- Furthermore, you have gained sound professional experience in corporate communications, ideally in B2B marketing in a technical environment.
- You have successfully implemented multidisciplinary and international communications projects and know how to deal with communications crises.
- Next to this, you know what is important in leadership communication and you are proficient in storytelling and enjoy creating texts in German and English.
- In addition, you are an expert in using social media platforms, have also used them successfully in the B2B environment and have expertise in event and congress management.
- Experience in the mobility sector as well as intercultural expertise are a plus.
- Fluent German and English round off your profile
