**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the **global product and technology strategy**, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams across **product management, software engineering, AI, cloud infrastructure, and security**.
- Drive **agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development** to optimize speed, quality, and scalability.
- Lead the **evolution of digital platforms**, ensuring seamless integration across omnichannel customer journeys.
- Foster a culture of **collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning**, ensuring best practices in product and tech development.
- Ensure **data security, compliance, and system reliability** across global operations.

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ 10+ years of leadership experience in **product and technology roles** (preferably in **B2B SaaS, CX, AI, or digital transformation**).
✔ Proven expertise in **customer experience (CX) technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI-driven automation**.
✔ Deep understanding of **digital contact centers, omnichannel engagement, and self-service solutions**.
✔ Strong track record in leading **agile product development, microservices architecture, and scalable SaaS solutions**.
✔ Experience in **data-driven decision-making, analytics, and AI/ML implementation**.
✔ Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
