For our commercial unit (EUCAN) in Berlin we are looking for a

**Omni-Channel Engagement (OCE)** **Specialist (M/F/d) - GI**

in a permanent position and in full time.

Our **OCE Specialist (M/F/d) - GI** is responsible for operational support to OCE Manager GI by driving and supporting end-to-end execution of OCE campaigns and collaborating with other functions to generate/leverage insights.

**Your tasks in detail**:

- Supports the acceleration of OCE as a capability for BU Gastrointestinal (GI)
- Maintains content and data in LOCs OCE system and platforms incl. web for GI
- Sets up and supports running campaigns in current platforms at all levels
- Collects and maintains various healthcare providers (HCP) data
- Analyses the outcome of campaigns and provides insights
- Acts as a capacity to OCE Manager GI and BU GI
- Provides input and BU GI needs to OCE Manager GI, aligns, and performs actions together with other Takeda resources or campaign operations
- Partners with OCE Manager and with specific brand/commercial teams to support multi engagement plans for brands, customer engagement journeys and multi-channel campaigns on LOC level
- Supports the orchestration of different OCE tools and platforms (including CRM) in the LOC and ensures they are integrated and compatible with one another

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or comparable
- First experience in multi-channel marketing, digital tactics, campaigns and OCE journeys
- Understanding of digital, channels, platforms, ecosystem
- A personality that encourages cross-functional work, combined with responsibility, initiative, commitment and familiar with agile working principles
- Team player, self-driven learner
- Very good knowledge of English and German
