**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our Commercial Team in Berlin, reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations. You will be working between the Product and Tech teams on the one hand and the Commercial management team on the other. You will drive improvement and simplification of current commercial processes across the globe and all transport providers using data-driven tools and automation to ensure the business's scalability and further growth. It’s an exciting opportunity to be one of the founding members of our Commercial Operations function

**Your role**
- Proactively identify opportunities for commercial process improvement, focusing on solutions that promote scalability and growth
- Drive the commercial management team performance through technology and new processes
- Drive and ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration to help enhance our product and maximize the commercial potential of existing and new partnerships across the globe
- Be the data champion and the go-to person for the Commercial management team

**Qualifications**:
**This is what you bring to the team**
- 2+ years experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Account Management within a fast-growing B2C Tech company
- Ability to take complex processes and data sets, and turn these into actionable insights and create positive change
- Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with an understanding of technology and product development
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven and result-oriented personality, radically customer-centric, persistent, and reliable in execution
- Highly motivated and energetic with tolerance for ambiguity, and independent in handling business challenges
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL are considered to be a strong plus
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
