What you’ll be doing:
- Schedule and facilitate sales induction and onboarding introductions to new hires.
- Assist in logistics, planning and scheduling of Sales meetings and events, including Sales Kick-offs.
- Scheduling and communicating to the global Sales teams regarding upcoming trainings - Onboarding and ongoing.
- Act as an administrator for several Sales tools, adding/deleting and enrolling individuals in trainings. Reviewing trainings prior to sales enrollment for quality check.
- Assist in the creation of project plans & timelines for various Sales Enablement initiatives.
- Becoming an expert on Sales tools (Brainshark, Sales Navigator, Demandbase) and act as a point of contact for questions, issues and training needs.
- Track and report on training progress and skills mastery to demonstrate overall performance improvement and compliance.
- Develop and communicate ongoing enablement calendars, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing training and support coverage.
- Measure program and event effectiveness and recalibrate based on feedback to improve satisfaction, knowledge transfer, behaviour change, and business results (sales productivity).
- Manage repository of tools, documentation and training materials for the sales organization.
- Oversee taxonomy for filtering and tagging content for easy access to materials.
- Continuously research and improve the features and functionality of our training and content repositories in collaboration with Monotype.
- Assist with projects and administration efforts for the Sales Enablement & Sales Operations teams as directed.
- Aid in the development of systems and tool training curriculum to onboard New Hires as well as resource materials to be used at all levels of the Sales organization (Newsletters, quick tips, recorded LMS trainings, etc.)
What we’re looking for:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2+ years of experience in a Sales, Marketing, Instructional Design, Customer Success, or administrative role - Preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
- Fluency in English required, German highly desired.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills and the ability to engage an audience.
- Experience with one or more enablement tools, LMS systems and value-based selling - Desired -Including Brainshark, Salesforce, and/or Force Management.
- The ability to build rapport within Sales and other stakeholders throughout the business.
- Proven ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong planning, project management, and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality of audience experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and a desire to learn new things.
- Motivated self-starter with a high energy level who can learn to use new technologies with mínimal guidance as the role’s tech-stack shifts to meet evolving needs.
