**Tasks that shape our future**:

- In the position as Executive Assistant you will act as the right hand to the CSO and play a key role in driving operational excellence within the global Sales organization
- You will prepare materials for key internal and external meetings, including executive summaries, dashboards and slide decks
- You help structure and streamline communication across the sales leadership team
- Supporting the preparation and consolidation of budget and forecasting presentations will also be a part of your position
- You will monitor key initiatives and track progress against strategic objectives
- Furthermore, you will facilitate collaboration across teams such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure sales initiatives are aligned and well-executed
- You will coordinate communications and alignment meetings between global sales regions and corporate functions
- You will gain end-to-end visibility into how complex international sales function operates
- Lastly you will lead and/or support 2-4 strategic projects per year on behalf of the CSO

- Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing and Commerce or a comparable qualification
- Minimum three years of experience in a business, consulting, sales operations, or strategic support role
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Any other language is an advantage
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Business-savvy mindset and a natural curiosity for how organizations work
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
