Our sales and marketing team are all about opening up new areas of business by launching new products - Alex, Dirk, Lukas and Sara are currently looking for a **Working Student**Sales & Marketing (M/F/d**) to support them in the planning and implementation of our sales and acquisition activities. You will assist in presenting AOE to potential customers in the right light and evaluating customer requirements in line with our portfolio. The team mostly meets in our modern office in the heart of Wiesbaden, so it would be even cooler if you live close by. However, due to our hybrid working models there is also the possibility to support remotely. **Your job**: - You will support our sales & marketing team in the pre-qualification and follow-up of various leads, whereby you take responsibility for the evaluation of target groups - You identify potential new customers for different industries and take over the first approach of potential clients by using various channels - You support our new customers from the beginning of their customer journey - You execute various sales actions, monitor them and evaluate them for the team afterwards - You manage our CRM, especially new leads, to ensure high data quality **What you bring along**: - You are enrolled within a business administration or comparable course of studies and you are available to support our team with approx. 20 hours/week for at least the next 12 months - Interest in technological development in the field of software, as well as a good technical understanding - Good communication and organizational skills in dealing with customers - Business fluent German as well as good written and spoken English skills - Ideally, you have already gained experience with a CRM system and marketing automation (at AOE we use Hubspot) **What we offer**: - Your life, your plan: Flexible and self-organized work in an agile corporate culture without hierarchical levels.
