**Eines der Teams ist verantwortlich für die nutzerzentrierte Produktentwicklung für eine der wichtigsten Marken des Konzerns mit hoher Reichweite und steht für kreative und innovative Ideen und Produkte.**:
**Für diesen Bereich, dessen Grundlagen des Erfolgs die Begeisterung für den kreativen und offenen Austausch und die Arbeit in agilen, interdisziplinären und diversen Teams sind, wird ein Product Owner App (all genders) gesucht.**:

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktfeatures für die Apps auf iOS und Android
- Verantwortung für die Roadmap, Anforderungsmanagement, Produkt-Backlog-Management sowie Priorisierung des Backlogs
- Sicherstellung, dass die Produktentwicklung den strategischen Zielen der Marke entspricht und die Entwicklung datengetrieben und nutzerzentriert erfolgt
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den agilen Entwicklungs
- und UX/UI Teams
- Kontinuierliche Analyse der Markttrends, Nutzerbedürfnisse und Wettbewerbslandschaft, um neue Produktideen zu identifizieren
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse

**Ihr Profil**:

- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrungen als Product Owner oder Projektmanager digitaler Lösungen in den Bereichen Apps oder Backend
- Methodisch sicher und erfahren in kundenzentrierten, agilen Design
- und Entwicklungsumgebungen
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Stakeholdermanagement, wie eine sichere und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation sowie Fähigkeit zur Einflussnahme
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strategisches und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Spaß an der Arbeit in cross-funktionalen und diversen Teams
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
