We are developing software for the EV charging market that aims to enhance the overall journey for EV drivers through real-time updates and user-friendly features. One aspect of our vision includes developing the best charging app on the market for our biggest B2B client, E.ON Drive. But that's just one piece of the puzzle. **About the role**:

- You coordinate a cross-functional development team, focusing on the core functionality of elvah with its apps and the underlying backend processes
- You are responsible for our B2C and B2B apps that make EV charging a reliable, personalised, and exciting experience
- You define and prioritize features for the product backlog, always keeping our product vision in mind
- You make sure that our roadmap is aligned with customer needs
- You closely collaborate with the other Product Owners and other stakeholders throughout the company like our Customer Service or Platform team
- You ensure high quality of the deliverables

**Your profile**:

- You collected 5+ years of professional experience in a Product Owner or Manager role responsible for a mobile app
- You have great communication and people management skills
- You have a solid technical understanding in the app development and backend interfaces
- You have the ability to work independently and good organizational skills
- Basic programming skills is a big plus
- You have attention to detail and a sense of high quality standards
- You speak fluent English which is our company language
- You have your residence in Germany or Europe

**Our hiring process**:
**P&C Screening Interview (30 min)**: This is the first step of the interview process, you will meet your recruiter here. The recruiter will give you an overview about the hiring process next steps and will answer any cultural related questions.

**First interview (45 min)**: In this interview, you will meet your potential direct colleagues. The goal of this interview is getting-to-know each other and aligning expectations from both ends to get a feeling if this would be a good fit for both sides.

**Meet-the-team (1 h)**: In this last step, we want to introduce you to a few other people who you would be working with, so you get a good image of our team in total. Here, we will only focus on more cultural topics.
