YOUR TASKS
- Identify growth opportunities in aspects such as page performance, keyword selection, or on-page factors optimization.
- Drive SEO initiatives, including onsite optimizations, offsite and content strategy
- Consult & support SEO client projects in the implementation of recommended measures
- Analyse and evaluate existing optimization activities
- Elaboration and implementation of offsite strategies as well as development of creative offsite campaigns
- Project planning and management
- Market, competition and trend monitoring
- Controlling and reporting
- Help advocate for SEO best practices and adoption by core cross-functional teams, including content, PR, UX Design, front-end engineering, and creative teams.

YOUR PROFILE
- 2+ years of experience in the field of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Affinity and understanding of online marketing and current trend developments
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and creative skills
- Good understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools such as SemRush, Searchmetrics, ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, etc.
- Good knowledge of German and English Language, both written and spoken
- Good understanding of technical SEO (crawling, indexing, rendering, internal linking, JS crawlability & indexation, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and results-oriented skills
- Team player, proactive, motivated, curious, and passionate about content marketing
