As an** Online Marketing Specialist (w/m/d)** at A123 Systems GmbH, you will be at the forefront of driving our digital presence in the automotive and ESS sectors across Europe. You'll lead B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, including managing online campaigns, optimizing e-commerce platforms, and building the company website. Working closely with our marketing team, you'll develop and implement creative digital strategies, increase our social media reach and create compelling content. You'll also manage key agency relationships and support the Marketing Manager in driving growth and brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a digital marketing network for multi-channel activities to increase reach, awareness, lead generation and conversion
- Maintain and expand website along the customer journey, localize in various languages
- Support and further development of the SEO strategy
- Set-up and maintain online shops
- Manage, monitor and expand social media channels
- Create, implement and manage SEA campaigns
- Monitor, analyze and optimize all online activities using common tracking and analysis tools
- Create and translate content (German
English)
- Contribute to annual marketing plan
- Collaborate closely with service providers and internal teams to ensure a customer oriented approach
- General support of other marketing activities

**Education & Experience**:

- Successfully completed commercial training or business studies with a focus on marketing or online media
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with social media platforms and tools
- Background in B2B2C marketing
- Experience in the solar/ battery energy storage and automotive market preferred

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- A sound understanding of the core technology with its benefits and identification of its unique selling points
- Understanding of the solar/ battery energy storage market
- Creative thinker and team player, who thrives in a start-up culture with minimum or developing policies and procedures
- Goal and team orientation, strong communication skills
- Initiative, reliability and quick comprehension skills
- Proficient in working with MS-Office, analysis tools and, ideally Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent language skills in German and English
- Good feel for online campaigns, online copywriting and online visual language
- Ability to negotiate with external agencies
- Creative and pro-active approach
