As** Talent Acquisition Advisor **you will provide full-cycle recruitment support across multiple subsidiaries of the Danaher Corporation in the Life Sciences, Diagnostics & Biotech industries in DACH & Eastern Europe, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs.

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager DACH & Eastern Europe and your primary focus will be on positions in Science & Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operations, Quality.

This role is** fully remotely based in Germany** **and requires speaking fluently **German & French.**

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Lead strategic kick-off call to understand hiring need
- Conduct/review talent supply & demand, educate hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics and how to be brand ambassadors to attract key talent
- Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional area(s) and roles
- Identify optimal channels for advertising roles and post jobs accordingly
- Proactively source and engage talent internally and externally, utilizing available tools

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- University’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Recruitment experience (including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques and cultivating talent pipelines) gained in corporate environments, or agencies or working as RPO
- Excellent communication skills in English and German & French.
