OTD and Aftersales Specialist

As we continually strive to improve and expand our product range based on our insights, we’re looking for a new OTD and Aftersales Specialist (M/F/d) to help continue our success across the DACH region.

This position is offered on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

The position is offered on a Hybrid working basis with travel to our Munich office as required.

What you will do- Maintaining data in the customer master system (SAP S4/Hana)- Entry of new installations in the customer master system- Changes to existing data in the customer master system- Adjustment of condition data such as terms of payment- Returns management- Entry of confirmed returns orders in SAP S4/Hana- Processing queries about approved returns orders- System-side confirmation of completed returns- Billing returns devices to the service partner- Management and processing of returns inventories- Processing and control of Amazon accessories orders- Ensuring API transmissions for orders and invoices- Requesting and providing delivery information for the Finance department

What you need to succeed- Experience gained within a similar OTD and/or Aftersales role- Experience working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)- Ideally experience with SAP or experience with data entry- A high degree of independence, thoroughness and reliability- Assertive and very good communication skills, both written and verbal- Fluent German and a basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written
