Vp Digital Marketing

As VP Digital Marketing (M/F/d) within our Global Marketing function, you will lead, train and mentor the Digital Marketing Teams and create a state-of-the-art Digital Marketing organization. You will closely collaborate with the Marketing teams from our verticals - Sports and Industries - as well as their Sales teams to continue our success story.

**YOUR EXITING TASKS**:
You...
- develop and implement our global digital marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap
- plan, implement and optimize effective media omnichannel lead generation and marketing automation campaigns in line with the Global Marketing plan and OKRs
- build up and maintain the reporting landscape for the whole marketing team and generate insights
- monitor and develop the lead funnel management along the customer journey to ensure an 'end to end' experience for customers
- deliver and sustain a high conversion website, key global technology platforms, and tools to support omnichannel marketing strategies for the optimal digital user experience
- design, implement and maintain a premium visual and interactive user experience journey across all digital touchpoints ensuring end-user satisfaction and brand consistency

**YOUR PROFILE**:
You...
- have a proven track record in building and leading a modern digital marketing team, preferably in a high-tech environment
- bring several years of professional experience in digital marketing as well as developing a digital marketing strategy based on a strong data-driven approach
- have an agile way of working
- have fluent English language skills, bot h spoken and written; German would be a plus
