The JetBrains Digital Marketing team is responsible for the company’s digital marketing campaigns, web analytics reporting and configuration, and SEO. The team works closely with the various product teams to coordinate joint marketing efforts and help grow the number of users and customers. To strengthen the team and support these efforts, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist.

**In this role you will**:

- Plan, implement, and analyze acquisition marketing programs that support multiple marketing objectives.
- Create new and maintain existing marketing campaigns across different advertising platforms, including YouTube, Google Display Network, Facebook and Instagram, and Twitter, as well as nurture various media partnerships.
- Analyze campaign results with the help of Google Analytics, and recommend and implement strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Propose and implement effective and creative ways to increase awareness of JetBrains and its products across the developer community, drive new customers to web resources, and increase product downloads and sales.
- Collaborate with different teams across the company to support product releases, sales campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
- Create website traffic reports and dashboards that help prioritize traffic acquisition programs across the marketing department.

- Understand how particular marketing activities are embedded in the global marketing strategy.
- Have a strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to grow in this domain.
- Are experienced with digital advertising and analytics tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Facebook Ads, and Twitter Ads.
- Possess strong interpersonal, writing, and verbal skills, with an advanced command of the English language.
- Have completed relevant higher education.
- Can learn quickly and work in a fast-changing environment.
- Are attentive to detail.
- Have previous successful internet marketing and web analytics experience, ideally in an international landscape.
- Are experienced at making data-driven marketing decisions using A/B testing, web analytics tools like Google Analytics, or similar reporting methods.

**We’d be especially thrilled if you**:

- Have sufficient SQL skills to work with Google Analytics data in BigQuery.
- Have a basic knowledge of web development, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Understand developer marketing.
- Understand governmental privacy regulations on the collection and use of customer data, such as GDPR and CCPA, and how these regulations impact digital analytics data management.
