**My duties**
- Responsible for the realization of the Service processes in the DMS
- Main contact for the DMS inquiries/issues/questions about Service
- Being the expert for all relevant Service processes in retail business
- Recording requirements for the DMS for the roles in machine accounting and associated machine sales processes in the DMS
- Responsible for controlling the implementation of relevant service and sales processes in the DMS
- Carrying out training courses for the relevant end users in retail and have documentation and training materials ready
- Responsible for prioritising and implementing interfaces (i.e. Finance/SAP) to other relevant systems in cooperation with the Digital team
- Creating and maintaining important benchmarks and reporting systems for the Service organization
- Working closely with the European Digital team

**My qualifications**
- Sound of experience working in an OEM national headquarters or big dealer group in charge of developing the DMS.
- Knowledgeable in the whole customer journey within the Service area.
- Very good communication skills and an outgoing personality
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel). Salesforce knowledge is a must
- Strong affinity for data science and data engineering
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a pioneer spirit
- Fluency in English language; any other language is an advantage
