- To ensure that our projects are carried out according to the defined processes, you will define and coordinate cross-functional project teams and represent the project manager at internal and external meetings, e.g., management reports, customer and supplier meetings.
- You'll create and maintain the cross-functional project plan and track the progress of project tasks by managing a list of open points (LoP). Furthermore, you will lead the project handbook and other project management processes, e.g., risk management and lessons learned.
- Using the experience acquired from your projects, you will define project management and cross-functional processes (including templates and software requirements) in collaboration with the stakeholders and implement these processes in our projects and train the participants.
- Last but not least, you will support the standardized monitoring & controlling of all projects in corporate forecasting by creating a project overview and recording current resource plans.

**This is your basic equipment**:

- University degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics or a comparable discipline
- Excellent knowledge about automotive project management processes & industry standards/norms (VDA, APQP)
- Expertise automotive system supplier Project Management experience including respective software, especially in Microsoft Project and SAP
- Experience in the professional management of a cross-cultural international team and the ability to understand complex interrelationships and evaluate them analytically
