**Your Role and Responsibilities**
'-Manage Account Performance:
Manage contract scope & drive business growth, deliverables and commitments - including service delivery, billing, Client payment, resource investments - and measuring performance against plan. Perform contract crisis management, contract commitments and responsibilities of all parties, including subcontractors and 3rd party vendors. Work with Delivery to drive program / project schedules and contract deliverables that support the client's business with a focus on delivering on every commitment made to the client.
- Perform Team Building In Cross Functional Teams:
Work effectively in cross-functional teams by understanding the goals and responsibilities of other functions and organizations represented on the team, and within own functional team. Keep team informed in all communications and foster a sense of teaming amongst the members. Manage effectively in a matrix environment creating an environment for growth. Encourage and reward team for innovation, positive results and achievements Demonstrate the ability to set direction, communicate and model effective leadership behaviors in dealing with individuals and teams.
- Implement Consultative Selling:
Implement consultative selling by working with the Client in a collaborative fashion and identifying the Client's business issues and strategies, and by understanding what is most important to the Client and why. Focus on areas where you and the Client can both benefit from a collaborative relationship (partnership) and leveraging Business grow.
Effectively execute business and financial management principles and forecast business performance accurately - Profit, Revenue and Cloud Revenue.
'- Manage Client Relationship & Coverage:
Develop and manage working and personal relationships with all high-level decision makers within client's environment including functional, divisional, operational, business partners, and suppliers. Develop actionable Client relationship coverage plans which optimize resources to profitably develop, maintain, and strengthen on going business relationships between IBM and the Client.
Build and manage client relationships and expectations while developing reference able accounts.
Obtain in-depth knowledge of the Clients business, understanding the Clients vision, goals, objectives, strategy tactics, and how they relate to IBM business objectives. Fully understand the Client's strategic plan (3-5 Yr.), business strategy, and tactical goals and evaluate how they will use information technology to achieve these strategic objectives.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Excellent skills in MS Windows, MS Office
- German & English: business fluent
- Excellent communications and analytical skills, ability to work both in teams and independently Excellent skills in presentation technique and client interaction
- Excellent consultative selling skills (proven by programs such as Global Sales School, negotiation trainings preferred)
- Experience in working in international teams
- Familiar with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models and IT financing models
- Background in IT service Mgmt., IT sourcing, IT strategy,
- Understanding of relations between business and IT,
- Certified according to trainings and offerings from leading Hyperscalers such as AWS, MS Azure, Google Compute Cloud
- Experience in the rollout of new cloudbased target operating model
