**Your Role and Responsibilities**

We are seeking
**an experienced Client Solutions Executive** with deep insights of our hybrid Cloud Solution Portfolio and a focus on specific industries.

You use structured and state of the art knowledge in terms of service across different leading Hyperscalers to lead technical and design discussions with executives to help enterprises speed their adoption of new technologies and practices incl. IT Optimization, Workload Analysis and the development of Sourcing strategies towards cloud-based operating models

You are responsible for the total client relationship. Your focus is on driving signings with strategic clients in Germany, specialized at least in one industry (Public, Industrial, Banking, Consumer).

You have knowledge in managed Apps, e. g. SAP and Oracle as well as Hybrid Managed Cloud models.

The Client Solution Executive is the lead sales person on a strategic sourcing engagement and is responsible for the overall sales effort. The Client Solution Executive is responsible for the development and closing of highly complex information technology solutions to senior client executives, which can include the CEO, CFO, CIO, Board of Directors and evaluation committees. They are required to have an in-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions. The Client Solution Executive is responsible for leading large, multi-disciplined teams, and integrating products and services required to meet business needs. They may lead multiple opportunities concurrently although typically in different sales stages and have assigned contract signings, expense, and customer satisfaction targets for the industry they support. The employee leads a functional/business unit.

**Skills**:
Communication/Negotiation:
Teamwork at all levels needed. Communication to all client levels. Plan and conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments. High ability to effectively work the internal Matrix: Pricing, Accounting, Legal to advance the deal with no adverse impact to revenue recognition or business controls.

Anticipate, create and define innovative and visionary concepts in strategic environment. Understand the client's needs and orchestrate finding a solution.

**Contribution/Leadership**:
Develops and implements product, market, business, or technology strategies with executive review. Contributes to policy making. Recognized as an expert and leader by members of a field, related functions, and multi -country organizations. Leads business unit, country, or international teams, conducts special projects, or manages functions or strategic departments.

**Impact on Business/Scope**:
Accountable for business unit, major country, or international projects or programs. Responsible for committing multiple resources and achieving customer satisfaction, cost, expense, revenue and other business measurements of critical importance. Responsible for quality output/value add for highly visible products, services and future business development.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

**Experience and skills required**:

- Various cloud paradigms and architectures; public/private, Hybrid, Multi-cloud, insourcing and outsourcing
- Infrastructure (network connectivity and security) and operations (Hybrid / Multi-cloud management)
- Multi-year experience and cooperation with Hyperscalers in the Cloud environment
- Background in IT service Mgmt., IT sourcing, IT strategy
- Industry knowledge in one or more industries preferred
- Understanding of relations between business and IT
- Proven track record of establishing C-Level relationships
- Experience in the adopt
