- Perform monthly consolidation in LucaNet
- Preparation of monthly consolidated reporting packages according to IFRS
- Preparation of monthly consolidated financial information according to German GAAP (HGB)
- Support with preparation of annual financial reporting information according to IFRS and German GAAP (HGB)
- Contribute and support projects related to the Group-wide standardization and harmonization of Group Accounting processes as well as the development and implementation of new processes, including Group Policies
- Communication with international colleagues and stakeholders across 10+ countries
- Act as the contact person for Group Accounting-related topics for internal departments and accounting-related service providers
- Maintenance of Lucanet Group Report from HQ side and Lucanet charts of accounts
- Maintenance of solid documentation for Group Accounting-related internal controls and audit trails
- At times applicable, post-merger integration accounting on Group level

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent business-level English for both conversational and accounting topics
- Excellent communication skills both within the company (internal) and with external stakeholders
- University degree in business administration, accounting, economics or an MBA with a focus on accounting, financial reporting, finance, or auditing
- 5+ years of progressively increasing career experience within accounting preparation and/or accounting auditing, including consolidations, for multiple entities
- Experience and knowledge of with Group-level adjustments between IFRS and German GAAP (HGB)
- Track record of successful contribution to goal-oriented projects and of driving continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills and core accounting/technical skills
- Practical experience with LucaNet or other consolidation software
- The ability to have a positive, collaborative impact on teams and colleagues around them
- The ability to collaborate across cultures to develop consensus and drive processes
- Experience with local German tax law is an additional bonus, not a must
- Fluent German is an additional bonus, not a must
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
