- **Your role**:

- As Technical Lead (M/F/d) in our Product Team Consumer App, you are responsible for the technical management of your team in close cooperation with the Product Owner (M/F/d) to ensure flawless technical implementations and delivery
- You collaborate with Tech Leads (M/F/d) of other Product Teams to refine our tech vision and develop the architecture roadmap, i.e. data mesh, API economy, noOps solutions.
- You support your team as mentor through mutual learning (e.g. code reviews and pair programming), while being an active developer
- You drive the agile development of various products in a continuous integration and deployment process (CI/CD)
- You act as the technical liaison between our business teams, the product team and its stakeholders to improve the development and to ensure it is on track
- You frequently introduce innovative solution approaches and tech trends

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics or a related field
- At least two years of relevant work experience as Tech Lead (M/F/d), ideally deep domain knowledge in e-commerce processes
- Deep knowledge of the Flutter ecosystem and experience in publishing and managing mobile apps in the Apple App Store/ Google Play Store
- Already succesfully delivered a real world mobile app at scale
- Capable know-how regarding API design as well as cloud-based solutions, ideally GCP
- Proficient in Agile Development Methodology (OKRs, JIRA, Scrum/Kanban, Sprint Planning, etc.)
- High focus on code quality, performance, maintainability and expandability
- Empathic teamplayer with strong people and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of English and ideally very good knowledge of German
