- In the department
- **Shop**, we focus entirely on the technical development of the BAUHAUS online shop using the latest technologies (Cloud, serverless and event-driven). Our goal is to create a convenient and easy shopping experience for our customers.
- **Your role**:

- As Technical Lead Machine Learning (M/F/d) in our Product Team Personalization and Marketing Automation you are responsible for the design and implementation of data mappings and data flows in an agile environment
- You automate and accelerate data flows and machine learning workloads
- You design and develop our data and analytics platform further
- You devise our future-prrof architecture and platforms in alignment with BAUHAUS strategic goals
- You enable colleagues through coaching and code reviews

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed studies in the MINT area or a comparable one with several years of professional experience
- At least five years of relevant experience as Data Engineer (M/F/d)
- Very good knowledge of a programming language e.g. Python, cloud services (GCP, DevOps) and machine learning (MLOps)
- First experience in leading a team of engineers is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English and ideally good knowledge of German
