**What do you contribute?**
- You act as a finance business partner for product management to foster business plan accuracy and enhance product cost tracking (actual vs. forecast) to improve business insights.
- You rework and build new product
- / project
- costing structures for the segment’s software and services portfolio, ensuring transparency and scalability.
- Furthermore, you develop and implement a value-based pricing approach, aligning strategies with customer value and market dynamics.
- You drive productivity measures and establish robust reporting mechanisms to track and improve performance.
- You lead digitalization and automation / AI initiatives, including the development and optimization of tools and processes such as the project cost calculator.
- Also, you provide strong functional leadership and drive execution on transformative projects with impact.
- Finally, you act as a trusted partner with senior management, ensuring clear communication, strategic alignment, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

**What do you bring along?**
- You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- You have long-term experience in software business and in leading cross-disciplinary projects with measurable outcomes. Also, you have demonstrated management orientation, with the ability to align teams, drive performance, and engage effectively with senior leadership.
- Furthermore, you have a can-do attitude with drive to deliver results combined with analytical skills and have a strong strategic and big-picture thinking, with the ability to connect details to overall business goals.
- A solid knowledge of cost accounting, financial management and SaaS pricing belong to your skills. And you are proficient in MS Office with exposure to AI-driven analytics, tool implementation and digitalization projects.
- You have international experience and the ability to operate effectively in a global business environment as well as you are an excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Your are fluent in English. German is a plus.
