For our Berlin Head Office we are looking for a **Working Student **who will support the **Finance and Accounting** team with all operations. You will report to our Finance and Accounting Manager.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Be part of our motivated Finance Team and support us in our day-to-day operations, with a focus on the Accounts Payables (e.g. collecting & reviewing expenses and invoices as well as booking them into our accounting system)
- Get insights on internal workflows and update/set up the process-documentation as well as support the ongoing improvement and development of our systems and internal processes
- Support Month End closing & Reporting for our legal entities and the Management Board
- Point of contact for invoice related questions from vendors and customers
- Play an active role in implementation of ERP System (Oracle Netsuite)
- Support financial Setup of our B2C and B2B business model
- Stakeholder Engagement with tax advisors and our joint venture partners
- Drive improvement of systems and processes

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Eye for detail
- Well structured and organized way of working
- Basic knowledge of Excel/GSuite
- Entrepreneurial Mindset and willingness to question and improve processes
- Enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences for at least 1 year
- Currently based in Berlin
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
