**The job**:
As a** Working Student in Finance **at Project Eaden, you will be an integral part of our finance team, supporting us with various tasks and contributing to the overall financial health of the Company. This position will provide you with hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and collaborating with external partners. This gives you the opportunity to work at the heart of the company, to and to develop and drive financial topics forward.

**The company**:
Project Eaden is a startup in the space of food technology. We are working on technology for meat alternatives to make them so delicisous that billions of people love eating them while saving the planet as a positive side effect. This is important because climate change and biodiversity loss are accelerating and threatening the foundations of our lives. Food and especially meat are major emitters of greenhouse gases. Aren’t we all aware of it? Yet we often give in to our cravings and choose meat instead of sustainable alternatives. And did you know: global meat consumption is growing massively

**Your accountabilities**
- You **manage accounting and invoicing processes** ensuring high accuracy and timeliness
- You **support** **the preparation of **financial statements **(monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- You **continuously improve the processes of our financial systems processes and data bases**
- **You are a good fit if **
- You really like** accounting and finance**
- You have ideally gained **experience in the fields of **accounting, controlling**
- You are **reliable** in all aspects of your work and a **strong team player**:

- You want to **experience** first hand what it means to **grow the infrastructure and proccess of a young company**:

- You are **fluent in German **and have a good knowledge of English, and are experienced in using **SaaS** tools like Google Suite and Notion
- **We are an early stage company.** There is still a lot of room to grow and shape the company without any legacy or constraints
