**Job Description** What to expect from us? - Your area of responsibility**:

- Processing and preparation of sales orders through production jobs planning, control of the plotter and label service area, with a focus on continuous process optimization
- Final inspection of the products against agreed product specifications and individual agreements with customers
- Handling of material procurement and management including warehousing, call offs and forecasting materials supplies with selected vendors,
- Management responsibility for all colleagues in the plotter and label service, leading the local Team in order to achieve agreed KPI,
- Playing a key role as Team Leader, ensuring to maintain the high-level of performance and knowledge in the team
- Processing and handling of complaints
- Budget planning
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety measures and regulations
- Ideally, revision of customer logos using graphics programs (Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator)

**Qualifications** What do we expect from you? - Your qualifications**:

- Completed vocational training in production environment or equivalent qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company, in the têxtile industry would be an asset
- You are experienced in workplace management and production planning
- You have first experience with quality inspections and you are aware of basic lean manufacturing tools,
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- You act in a data-driven and process-oriented manner
- Fluent language skills in German and English
