Are you **comfortable speaking on the phone? **We at Emarsys, a market leading Marketing Software Company are looking for a new Sales Development Representative to the High Performing German Sales Team in Munich**.** You will be a vital part of the success of our product by generating quality leads to our high performing Sales Team.

**YOUR PROFILE**

You might already had your **first sales experience **or maybe you are a** recent graduate** with a hunger for a sales career. We could equally see you not having a higher education but a **couple of years** in a **high-volume sales** or **Lead Generation **role such as telemarketing, now wanting to take their next step in their sales career. **Fluency in German**, **a resilient, “never-give-up” attitude** and **effective persuasive communication** skills are must haves in order to thrive in this role. You will be selling a market leading marketing Software so an interest in digital marketing will be a huge plus. Being **organized**, working with **multiple sales processes **and using software’s like **Salesforce** will also be part of your role.

A permanent contract and attractive compensation package (base + uncapped commission). Our software is a market leading product that truly ads value to the clients you contact. The experienced Sales team performs well above average, So you can be sure that the leads you create have the highest possible chance of turning into a Sale. On top of that, we have a marketing department that feeds the department with marketing leads. The better you perform, the more marketing leads will be given to you.
