**CRC Operations Admin Europe (M/F/d)**
A full-time position at our Headquarters in Hamburg starting 1st June 2025

**Indulge your passion***
- to support with managing and ensuring the CRC operational efficiency, that the team, the processes and systems function efficiently, deliver the desired results, in order to boost sales or reduce service incidents
- to support with projects to implement new features, processes, functional improvements and roll-outs of new or existing CRC tools
- to support the team in regards to inquiries on eCom and After Sales, questions and complaints as a point of reference for sales and service procedures
- as the Point of Contact for all Senior Ambassadors for 2nd level escalation on eCom and After Sales topics
- to create enhancement requests or tickets for Salesforce, Vonage, SAP and Fast Project
- in monitoring of the CRC KPI to ensure a high-level of service (Quality Check, orders follow up, Sales, Efficiency, Medallia)
- in the management of stock for CG Orders in coordination with Demand planning and Logistics to ensure earliest and highest possible availability of products
- in SAP Gemini account creations
- in Personalisation requests
- in cleaning up the Sales Force Service Cloud Inbox and reassigning cases to ensure efficient handling of cases by the CRC team
- to maintain and deepen expertise in products, services, tools, and procedures
- to update templates and procedures in the CRC Sharepoint upon request
- to share feedback to improve the overall quality of service, supported by data
- to support the CRC team with volumes in Salesforce for Point Of Sales service cases

**You’ll have***
- 5+ years of professional experience in E-Commerce or CRC
- net-savvy, familiarity with web technologies, shop systems, CMS, web analytics
- fluency in English is a must, other languages a plus
- project management and organizational skills
- self-motivation, be proactive, and able to work effectively in an autonomous environment
- proficiency in MS Office tools
- strong communication skills in an international environment
- an entrepreneurial spirit and be a problem solver
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (written and spoken) required
- expertise in Service and Sales
