Dann werden Sie Teil unserer Organisation am Standort Berlin Wir suchen Sie als Verstärkung unserer Organisation am Standort **Berlin-Marienfelde** im Bereich Project Management. **Ihre Aufgaben**: - Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung von fünf bis zehn Projektmanagern während der gesamten Auftragsabwicklung - Sicherstellung der Projektziele im Sinne der Customer Experience Metric - Termine, Qualität und Reaktionsfähigkeit sowie finanzielle Verantwortung für alle abzuwickelnden Verträge - Erste Eskalationsebene intern sowie extern - Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Projektleiter - Verantwortung für das turnusmäßige sowie ad-hoc-Reporting und das Monitoring der einzelnen Projekte im Hinblick auf das Potenzial, die Qualität und die Einhaltung des Zeitplans - Überblick über die Umsetzungsrisiken aller Projekte und ggf. Ableiten notwendiger Maßnahmen zur Gegensteuerung - Schnittstelle zwischen Project Management Office (PMO) und Bereichsleitung - Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und der Organisation sowie strategische Planung der zugehörigen Segmente und deren Umsätze/CMs - Unterstützung des Vertriebs in der Akquise von potenziellen Neuaufträgen - Organisation und Durchführung der OTR Prozesse mit dem Team in Einbindung der jeweiligen Funktionen **Ihr Profil**: - Sie besitzen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium, MBA wünschenswert - Sie überzeugen durch einschlägige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit Projektvolumen >100 Mio. € sowie in der Führung einer multifunktionalen Projektabteilung eines Industrieunternehmens - Sie weisen bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb und im Shop Floor Management auf - Sie zeichnen sich durch eine qualitätsorientierte und kostenbewusste Arbeitsweise aus - Sie haben bereits internationale Erfahrung und verfügen über Reisebereitschaft (max. 30%) - Verhandlungssichere Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse sowie bestenfalls weitere Fremdsprachen runden Ihr Profil ab **Wir bieten**: - Tarifgebundenes Unternehmen mit 35h Wochenarbeitszeit und 30 Tagen Urlaub - Flexible Arbeitszeitregelungen - Standorteigene Kantine - Welcome Days für einen perfekten Start in einem globalen Unternehmen **Additional Information**: **Relocation Assistance Provided**:Yes
