**Wir suchen Dich**:
Als** Director Programs (m/w/d)** am Standort in Karlsruhe und in Vollzeit zur Führung unserer Project Execution.

**Das erwartet Dich bei uns**:

- Du übernimmst die Führung des gesamten Projektmanagementteams und verantwortest die Durchführung der Großprojekte der Vulcan-Gruppe. Dabei berichtest du direkt an die Geschäftsführung.
- Als Director Programs bist du Teil der Projektdirektion und übernimmst hier die Leitung, um die sichere, rechtzeitige und effiziente Ausführung der Projekte im Bereich der Errichtung von Geothermie
- und chemischer Anlagen zur Lithium-Extraktion zu gewährleisten.
- Du sorgst für die reibungslose und nahtlose Übergabe vom Project Development zur Project Execution sowie anschließend zur Produktion.
- Die Rolle umfasst die Festlegung von Strategien, Projektmanagementstandards und die Schaffung eines effektiven Toolkits für das Project-Execution-Team.
- Du maximierst die Wertschöpfung durch die Entwicklung langfristiger, strategischer Rahmenvereinbarungen mit wichtigen Ausrüstungslieferanten, Ingenieuren und EPC(M)-Partnern.

**Das solltest Du mitbringen**:

- Du hast bereits in ähnlichen Positionen im Bereich des Anlagen
- oder Kraftwerksbaus gearbeitet (idealerweise bei der **Errichtung von **chemische Anlagen oder im Öl & Gas Umfeld** bzw. vergleichbar) gearbeitet und bringst mindestens 10-15 Jahre Erfahrungen in der Project Execution mit.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften beispielsweise im Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemie, Bauingenieurswesen etc.
- Du bist eine erfahrene Führungskraft, welche die strategischen Grundlagen und Projektmanagementstandards für ihr Team erarbeitet und dafür sorgt, dass die Teamkolleg:innen ihre Topleistungen erbringen können.
- Du bist ein Profi in den Bereichen des Projektmanagements technischer Großanlagen, großer EPC- und EPCM-Projekte, im Stakeholder-Management, im Procurement und in Vertragsgestaltungen.
